I went to Dr.Neil with severe lower back pain and sciatica down my left leg, Dr.Neil put me on a nine week program with two appointments per week. Half way through the treatment I was already starting to become pain free and by the end completely pain free and the treatment has also improved my posture and allowed me to stand/sit up straight without any strain. I had a fantastic treatment experience with Advanced Chiropractic, under the expert care of Dr Neil Murphy. I came to Neil with persistent neck and back pain, stiffness, tightness, headaches and other complaints. Through our 6 weeks of treatment I noticed huge differences very quickly in pain reduction, range of movement and quality of sleep (which was a big bonus). Neil is incredibly thorough with his work and makes sure to explain each stage of the process in detail. The clinic is extremely clean and both Dr Neil and Dr Anna ensure that clients are offered a warm, friendly and professional service. Naturally there is some anxiety that comes along with having your spine and neck manipulated but from the first session I was immediately comfortable with and trusting in Neil due to his attention to detail and professionalism. Can’t rate highly enough and I will continue to be adjusted by Neil for the foreseeable future.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. My shoulder and back problems eased after a few sessions. My migraines which were worsened by my back problems have lessened significantly since beginning treatment here. Highly recommend for anyone with back problems.

I have had back pain for almost three years and had tried everything including other local chiropractic clinics. I had my first appointment with Dr Neil on 22nd February having been recommended to him by a friend. On my first appointment, he did a very thorough analysis of me including a digital posture examination. Neil then took me back for a follow up appointment and presented a very detailed treatment plan with the costs clearly outlined. He also told me how many appointments I would need to achieve the desired outcome (rather than appointment after appointment with no clear goal insight which I had experienced with other chiropractic clinics). I had my re-assessment appointment yesterday, 25th April, and was absolutely delighted with the results. The before and after digital posture show a clear improvement. When I first got in contact with Advanced Chiropractic was speaking to Anna who listen to what I had to say. She made me appointment to come in and have a chat ,took a history and got to work on me. Over the this 8 week they work on me , they taught me how to look after myself and how my body works . I had a lot of lower back pain, neck pain plus I had sciatica in my left leg. My mobility, sleep and pain levels have all improved significantly since beginning treatments here with Anna. The clinic itself is very comfortable, friendly, clean and all my appointments have run on schedule. Both Anna and Neil are friendly and welcoming. Anna has been able to answer any questions I’ve had and has explained exactly what would happen at each visit and how my treatment schedule should run. As a plus size woman I was reluctant to seek help from anyone as I felt I wouldn't be a candidate for any help, I was totally WRONG! I attended the clinic in Newry after many years of pain and discomfort with my lower back and pelvis. After as little as 7 weeks adjustments I feel like a new person, I'm 99% pain free, I can move freely and carry out daily tasks like a normal person. It has been the best decision of my life and has improved my physical and mental health along side the added bonus of correcting my digestive system. I want to thank Doctors Neil and Anna for a truly advanced chiropractic experience. I visited the clinic over the course of 6 weeks to resolve my chronic lower back tightness and recent nerve pinching sensations in the hip, which has begun impeding my running. To keep it short, each visit was enjoyable because I felt welcomed by Anna at the reception and treated with great care and effect by Neil. Many problematic areas on and around the spine got restored to their normal structure and function. I can once more sit, stand and move with an upright posture. Many improvements in a short span of time. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone experiencing pain or stiffness in their neck, back and/or hips.
Suffered with a bad back, neck and head aches for 4 and half years since pregnant, then giving birth and being tall. Tablets numbed it, physio helped a little and masked it, but not until I visited Advanced Chiropractic Ireland have I had any relief. I for the first time in years have no constant pain, I have energy and I have a smile and a want to play with my daughter instead of fobbing her off. I can highly recommend Anna and Neil's knowledge and care and I will continue.

Absolutely first class treatment. Anna and Neil are both extremely welcoming, professional, and delivered an exceptional result for my back and sciatic nerve issues. Before embarking on treatment, I could barely walk any distance without a dull aching pain stretching from my lower back down into my leg muscles. I have had a wonderful experience with ‘Advanced Chiropractic Ireland’ so far. I hurt my back nearly 3 years go in a sports accident and I never sought help until two months ago when I was in so much physical pain I was crying and couldn’t move. Dr Neil Murphy and Dr Anna Telford were warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My initial treatment has just concluded after 14 adjustments carried out over seven weeks and the results have been incredible. My posture has vastly improved and my pain greatly reduced. I am very pleased with the results so far and would recommend any one suffering from chronic pain or pain as a result of an injury to get in contact and have an assessment and see if they can help improve your life as they have mine.
I work in front of a computer screen a lot and had some back issues from this. I decided to seek treatment for my bad lower back pain and issues with my neck. Within a few weeks of treatment with Neil the lower back pain was gone. No more painkillers! Shortly after that the neck niggle was gone too. It worked a treat! So glad I decided to get help with Advanced Chiropractic following a fall. A warm welcome from Anna and Neil, comfortable and professional premises and top quality care. Following a consultation a schedule of treatment was started over the following 8 weeks. I found this total therapy but it also achieved some remarkable changes in health, posture and comfort which means pain-free movement and all round well being - I cannot recommend highly enough!

I seen Dr Neil's videos about posture and exercises on Facebook so tried them out and was getting some relief so finally took action to actually get checked out. Prior to starting treatment in January I had weekly sciatica flare ups that lasted days, and my sleep was poor. I was quite anxious when I first stepped through the door, but there was no need, both Neil and Anna where extremely knowledgeable and their friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. I've just completed a 7 week programme of adjustments combined with core strength exercises, and I've never felt better! I do still get the odd pain here and there, but no where near to the extent and frequency of before. Really looking forward to continuing my journey with Neil and Anna.
I would and have very happily recommended Anna and Neil to anyone with neck/back pain. Over the years I have struggled to get long term relief from my back pain with physio's, dry needling and massages only giving me temporary relief but after a few months with Anna I am seeing and feeling more long term relief from the pain and discomfort with more time I am confident that I will never look back. It helps that they are both so lovely, friendly, informative and professional I was never in any doubt about my care and treatment. I went to them based on a recommendation from my sister who had more back trouble than me so to see her improvement was enough for me to try it and see as I had given up that I could even be help, my GP kept referring me to a physio or giving me pain killers which again only masked the real problem so the pain always returned. I would strongly recommend Anna and the work she does. Very professional and organised. I had spent years in pain and discomfort. I had multiple issues, collected over years. Shoulder pain, back pain, pelvic and hip issues. I actually hadn't realised how poor my quality of life had become. Benefits: I haven't used pain meds in a month, if gyms were open I be gone in a shot. No reflux issues. I fall asleep in minutes and feel refreshed when I wake. Quality of life is improving everyday. And I have even lost some weight. I will continue seeing Anna but she has improved the quality of my life in a few short weeks. Strongly recommend both Anna and chiropractic treatment.
I can say without fear of contradiction, that without your help Dr. Neil, I would have faced surgery to my neck as I had four dislocated cervical discs. I would also have had to deal with a lengthy waiting list for that surgery. I would also be in constant back pain due to injury following a serious car accident a number of years ago. My monthly maintenance visits are a MUST for me so that I can remain pain free and mobile. Thank you Dr. Neil for your continued care and advice to me. I recently finished a set of sessions with Dr Murphy and what a difference it has made. I have never been to a chiropractor before so didn't know what to expect. As soon as I walked in I received a warm and friendly welcome with Anna before seeing Dr Neil for the initial review. The main reason for visiting was to try and correct my posture and look at my neck as I couldn't turn it to the right as much as the left. From the very start Dr Murphy explained everything in simple detail from the possible causes to the potential solutions. Every step he explained what he was going to do which left me feeling very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Within the first few sessions my neck was corrected and now I have full rotation back. The remaining sessions helped correct my posture a lot and along with a few exercises I am now feeling taller and more confident. I would definitely recommend going to see Dr Murphy even if you don't have back or neck pain, if you can get your spine in the correct position and have a good nervous system it will support you through life and keep you healthy as you age.
I’ve just completed a course of treatment with Dr Anna, which has relieved me entirely of sciatic pain (and improved my posture). I knew little about chiropractic but was keen to try this form of treatment after several courses of physiotherapy failed to eradicate my constant lower-back & sciatic pain. Both Anna and Neil make the clinic a very warm and friendly environment. Their high standards of care and professionalism are obvious to see from week one. Anna went into great detail throughout the diagnosis and treatment and her adjustments have helped me reach the goals set out in our initial session. Highly recommend this practice.

I would totally recommend this clinic if your suffering from back or neck pain i have just completed 7 weeks with Anna I couldn't sleep on my left side for pain and numbness in my neck and arm and when I got up in the mornings my back was always in pain most of the day.... First of all.."Full Disclosure" Dr. Neil is my older brother who I have been attending for the past 2 years ever since I broke my shoulder at the collarbone in a Skiing accident. I've tried pain killers and physios but nothing really helped long term. I’ve just finished a 6 week course with Anna and Neil, amazing service , two lovely people and so easy to get on with and talk to especially about personal problems . The clinic has so much privacy , it’s easy to get to , off road parking , great routine system in place . Planned out my whole 6 weeks on day one and explained it to me on day two to see if I was happy and did I want to change anything , I work late and Neil and Anna were able to get me in at a time that suited me , which was great . I had lower back and neck pain for a long time and I had never been to a chiropractor before but since going my back feels amazing , no stiffness, no aches , my digestive system is a lot better, where I had serious problems before . Only when Dr Anna explained to me in which way the nerves were connected in that area I realised how it corrected my digestive system because it was never good in that area beforehand . Definitely 10 out of 10 service and will be back very soon for a check up.

At first I was hesitant about this as it was out of the norm for myself to visit a profession like this. Both Anna and Neil settled this right away, and got straight to the point. They are highly knowledgeable in their field and actually know what they are talking about, and back this through their high work ethic. Anna took me for my first consultation and advised me on the steps that I would be taking throughout my 7 week program. I have been attending the clinic, Neil has been working with me on adjustments. I went after 7 months of pain in lower back. He done out a plan for me after my first visit and explained everything to me on my second visit so we started adjustments, I am definitely in a better place now, few we adjustments left. He explains everything he is doing or has done. Each visit is so welcoming Anna is just so lovely she makes everyone feel welcome as does Neil. I seen them twice a week for 9 weeks, now I am I down to less visits at the moment, but it was a pleasure to attend their clinic. So clean warm and lovely friendly. I have been attending Anna from September with serious neck and back pain going into my leg causing sciatica. I had tried everything strong pain killers from my doctor to going private to a hospital in Belfast to get an injection into my spine which didn't work and was total waste of money and then was told I needed an operation for 3 prolapse discs. By going to Anna I have no neck pain or sciatica at all and by having more treatment on my lower back I'm hoping that will recover too. After recently having hip surgery, my back and neck overcompensated the pain I was in before surgery, and continued on afterwards. So I decided to venture down the chiropractor route. I discovered an advert on Facebook, and decided to contact Anna and Neil on advice and recovery. Am I so glad I did! After having my consultation, I had 12 weeks of therapy and realignment, and I have never felt as good in over 11 years. Anna and Neil are so professional, and know their job inside out. Clinic is very modern, clean and hygienic. staff friendly from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Went with severe hip pain and some back issues, very thorough initial examination which uncovered a few issues, everything explained with diagrams in an easy to understand way. 6 weeks later with a vast reduction of pain and feeling a lot better. Only wish I had visited them sooner.
When I attended the clinic I had severe pain neck shoulder back hips legs all old injuries from car accident plus fibromyalgia neuropathic pain IBS anxiety depression My quality of life was very restricted due to no movement and fatigue caused by pain . Pain meds physio swimming massage ice heat all to no avail. The change happened very quickly I noticed sleep improved as pain had decreased in all areas of my body i was getting more relaxed due to less pain I'm definitely on my way to being pain free all in 9 weeks. I've being attending Neil for the past few weeks for issue with my pelvis and shoulder. From my 1st consultation, he explained everything and how we would work through a treatment plan to get me back on track. I can see a massive difference in my posture and pain has dramatically reduced in my shoulder. The clinic is lovely to go into, and I felt very reassured on all my visits. Anna the receptionist is so lovely and helpful and works out treatment plans for you to follow. I would highly recommend advance chiropractor Ireland. Am now following a maintenance plan, and doing regular exercise from Neil to strengthen my core and shoulder areas.
My wife has received a treatment course from Neil and has said that he is without a doubt the best Chiropractor she has visited and her back problems are all but gone.
